This readme comes with Protoman Beta (20%) release 
- Sprites by Korium and Magic Mushroom
- Programming by Korium and Frantic
This project was originally started by Korim, but he dropped it. Now Magic Mushroom and I are finishing him (with Korium's authorization, of course).

What's in:
All normal moves
Four specials
Two supers 
One pallette

What was fixed:
Some axis
Some collision boxes
Some CNS coding

What whas removed:
Rush Drill
Shadow blade
Napalm Bomb

What's needed:
More weapons
A sound file with adequate sounds
More supers
More pallettes
More fixes, maybe?
Remove all Jin's coding (this includes collison boxes, CMD and CNS coding)

Charge B, F + a (Eddie will give you the power to use space weapons)

Charge B, F + c (Eddie will give you the power to use multidirectional weapons)
Charge B, F + x (Eddie will give you the power to use slash weapons)

Protoman Beta release

What's done/works:

What doesn't work:
intro animations
the flames on the rush drill
weak teleport doesn't look quite right
no throw animation
By accident, I fiddled with the flip top move, which ended up dropping a protoman Clone. Clone can be kicked like rock ball (but won't do any damage), unless hit first by opponent.  After that, clone will look like it takes damage but no damage registers.  This will be fixed later, but right now it looks kinda cool.  
Air Hyper Shield Charge does not work


Notes:
because of their speed, Shadow blades do almost nil as far as damage
Protoman's projectiles don't do a lot of damage in general
