2. Implemented, Intended, and Retained Features

Implemented:

Techniques that were in the original release by Cap-Rock, plus supers.
Damage dampener
Palette and sprite fixes.

Special winquote against herself and Jmorphman's Chun-Li.

Intended:

Nothing else really.

Retained:

Nothing aside from sprites and base palette.

3. Controls

Basic Moves

Light Punch - X
Medium Punch - Y
Heavy Punch - Z
Light Kick - A
Medium Kick - B
Heavy Kick - C

Throws

	Rolling Throw - hold Fwd/Back, then LP+MP
	Knee and Slap - hold Fwd/Back, then LK+MK

System 

	Recovery - any two punch/kick buttons, if recovery is possible. 
		If near the ground, hold Forward to roll forward as you recover.
	Run - tap Fwd twice
	Emergency Blowback - press HP+HK while guarding. Costs 1000 power.


Special Moves

	D, DF, F, P - Kikoushou 
	F, D, DF, K - Uppercut 
	B, D, DB, K- Enbukyaku 
	B, DB, D, DF, F, K - Accel Dash 
		-LK: Suichokuzan
		-MK: Sliding Razor
		-HK: Grand Flip

Super Moves 
Lv. 1 supers require 1000 or more power (1 stock).
Lv. 2s require 2000 or more power (2 stocks).
Lv. 3/MAX requires 3000 power (3 stocks).
